- Shokei Suda (Co-Chief Executive Officer)
- Prior to co-founding ENIGMO‚ Suda worked on many blue chip accounts as a strategic planner at Hakuhodo, Japan’s second largest advertising agency with over US$6 billion in billings. Shokei graduated from Keio University with a master in computer science.
- Sadato Tanaka (Co-Chief Executive Officer)
- Also a former strategic planner at Hakuhodo‚ Tanaka worked on various accounts and projects ranging from brand strategy for cell phones to fast food product development. Tanaka received his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Aoyama Gakuin University and MBA from University of California‚ Irvine.
- Hideo Ando (Chief Operating Officer)
- As a system engineer at Information Services International-Dentsu for 8 years, Ando led many B-to-B and B-to-C e-commerce projects for clients in various industries. He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Keio University.
- Hiroki Totoki (External Board Member)
- Mr. Totoki is Executive Vice President (Member of the Board of Directors) of So-net Entertainment Corporation as well as external board member of Sony Bank.
